Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Times
We strive to get your brews and treats to you as quickly as possible.

Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Freshness Guarantee: To ensure maximum quality, some specialty coffee roasts are roasted-to-order. If an item requires additional time, it will be noted on the product page.

Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

Standard Shipping: (3–7 business days) – Rate based on weight/distance.

Expedited Shipping: (1–3 business days) – Rate based on weight/distance.

Free Shipping: Available on domestic orders over $75 (or your preferred amount).
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to [List Countries, e.g., USA, Canada, UK].

Customs & Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BrewHaven is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address is a P.O. Box, we recommend selecting standard postal service options at checkout.
6. Damages & Issues
BrewHaven is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged (e.g., broken glass jars or torn coffee bags), please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at bellomatthew873@gmail.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Specific Product Notes: If your "Dubai Chocolate" or "Matcha" requires temperature-controlled shipping during summer months, consider adding a "Seasonal Shipping" clause.
